How do I download my templates?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to your download. Follow the download instructions on the "Templates" page.
I can't make a copy of my spreadsheet - I'm receiving an error message.
Double check that your Google Drive storage isn't full. If you are on a mobile device, try making the first copy on a computer instead, or in a web browser and not the app.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. However, it is our highest priority to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues at all, please reach out!
